PREORDER: SGF Gladius

Preorder terms

• Preorders are open to customers located in the USA only. SGF Gladius will be available internationally at launch. International customers who attempt to place a preorder will have their orders cancelled and refunded in full.
• All preorders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
• SGF Gladius will not be available outside of this preorder program and on-site sales at Evo 2025 until all preorders have been shipped.
• This preorder program is limited and may stop accepting new pre-orders at any time.
• We are using preorders to fund supplies for the full production run and because of this:
  • Preorder cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, we'll refund what we can, but we need to be able to purchase as many materials as possible in bulk to keep prices low.
  • Returns/exchanges/refunds after shipping will be covered by the standard 30 day guarantee and Primate Promise. 
    
• Preorder prices are the base price of the controller with no artwork customization or console-specific support options
  
  • You will be able to add these and pay for them before shipping.
• We intend to ship as many preorders as possible in July, before Evo, but depending on the volume we may end up shipping them into August. We will keep you updated on the timeline and you may reach out at any time for updates.
